Sylvia Shalmi

Big Bear is my home. I feel very lucky and blessed to live in such a beautiful area. I am a native Californian and grew up in Palos Verdes. I used to visit Big Bear to go skiing, enjoy nature, the mountains, the lake and the fresh air. I went to college and received my Associates degree at a local community college and went on to receive my Bachelors’ degree from California State University Northridge. I then obtained my Real estate license. I moved to Big Bear in 1997 and have been a Realtor for 15 years. My daughter was brought up in Big Bear. We became part of the community. I was President of the Big Bear Association of Realtors in 2015 and decided to further my education and I recently obtained a real estate Brokers license in 2018.I have joined Wheeler Steffen Sotheby’s International Realty and bring with me experience, knowledge, and achievements and passion for real estate. I look forward to the future and providing great customer service.
